* Load and unload the equipment truck anytime the band performs away from school

* Load sideline instruments and equipment onto the trailer

* Transport sideline equipment and props to the field via tractor and rolling carts

* Assist with set up and removal of sideline equipment and props in a set time frame

* Responsible for the upkeep of the tractors and trailer throughout the year
